'Tulsi' the goddage of medicine

Today I would like to say something about megical plant 'Tulsi'

Tulsi is a plant which has medicinal properties and is considered to be a mine of qualities. It is also worshipped here. There is a famous ancient story behind the worship of Tulsi.

Once Lord Vishnu resolved to kill the demon Jalandhar, but when he went to do it, he found out that he could not die because his wife Vrinda was a very chaste woman. No one could destroy her chastity. But Jalandhar was such a person that even Lord Shiva left no stone unturned to kill him. Lord Vishnu decided that he would definitely kill Jalandhar. For this, Lord Vishnu came to the form of Jalandhar and both of them spent a lot of love. But during this time Vrinda understood that this was not her husband Jalandhar. And she said to Lord Vishnu, you are in your real form and who are you. Then Lord Vishnu came in his real form. Then Vrinda cursed that you have destroyed my chastity. Now I will give up my life and the way I am giving up my life in the separation of my husband, in the same way you will also live in the separation of your wife. Saying this, Vrinda took her life. You were dedicated to the fire and there was a delay of one night. Then Lord Vishnu realized that he had done a big mistake and started returning in the place where the old woman had kept it. Then his wife Lakshmi ji was very surprised when she saw that her husband is returning in the old woman's bus. She came and blessed the old woman that you will become such a tree that people will worship you for ages and you will be married to Shaligram, who is a form of Lord Vishnu.

Since then, the practice of marriage of Tulsi and Shaligram started on Ekadashi of Kartik month. The month of Kartik is such a month in which all the women take bath in cold water under the shade of stars and serve Tulsi for the entire month.

I wore bangles and when I put a bindi on her leaves, she was shining so much, it felt so good that it felt as if I was seeing Tulsi Maa in person. Slowly, when Tulsi was swaying in the light breeze, she looked very cute, it felt as if I was saying something.

A diya is made in front of Tulsi by putting 108 cotton wicks in a circular shape and the lamp is lit by offering Kheer Halwa to Tulsi Maa. Rangoli is made with ochre and chalk in front of Tulsi. The Tulsi plant is wrapped in a circular motion seven times with Kalawa. After that, a dupatta is draped around Tulsi and Mangal geet is sung by sitting there. I also did all this and believe me, after doing all this, I felt so happy that it felt as if I was seeing God in person.

Although I know that all this is not so easy, seeing God is not in our destiny, but still believe me, a feeling comes from within that when
we worship God with all our heart and mind, then we get self-satisfaction and also get a chance to worship God, otherwise, in today's busy schedule, it is enough that we do daily routine work.

On Kartik Ekadashi, Tulsi is decorated with full pomp and show. She is adorned with bangles, bindis, chunari, etc. I also adorned Tulsi on Ekadashi at my place. She wore bangles and when I put a bindi on her leaves, she was shining so much, it felt so good that it felt as if I was seeing Tulsi Maa in person. Slowly, when Tulsi was swaying in the light breeze, she looked very cute, it felt as if I was saying something.

On this day, the birthday of Lord Khatu Shyam Ji is also celebrated with great pomp and show. Decorations are done in temples and the birthday of Khatu Shyam Ji is also celebrated with very beautiful decorations. I also because I had to go to school that day and I came back from school at 2:00 pm.

As soon as I came, I prepared food etc. and then I quickly went to get Khatu Shyam Ji's dress and after bringing a very beautiful dress, I adorned him. This is such a day on which many things are done

Tulsi leaves have medicinal properties such that when we have cough, cold or fever or sometimes we prepare a kadha, Tulsi has a great contribution in it. By drinking tea or decoction of four-five leaves of Tulsi, our body remains healthy

. It is said that if we eat four to five leaves of Tulsi every morning, then no disease can develop in our body and when there is a solar eclipse or lunar eclipse, then Tulsi leaves are kept in food items which become pure and healthy. What to describe the glory of Tulsi, even by offering Tulsi leaves to God, God becomes happy. When I also worshipped Tulsi in the evening, I felt very good because at the time when I was tying the dupatta of Tulsi, making bangles and applying bindi, at that time the Tulsi porridge was moving in such a way as if I was saying that today I am very happy. Many times.

when we worship God with body and mind, then the mind becomes very happy and it seems that God is giving us darshan. Although it is not possible that we can get the darshan of God in this Kaliyug, but still it is very important to have self-satisfaction and we get it only then. When we perform any puja with our heart and soul.
