The Diary Game: I went To Church Today (13/10/2024)

Good evening everyone, I am @purpleidy23 and here's a compilation of how my day went, but hppe you all went to church? Cos I did too and it was blissful.

I woke up really late today because I slept late last night. I stayed up surfing the internet, watching movie and chatting with my plus one.When I stepped out to sweep the compound, I noticed it was swept already and most chores were done. I also met my roommate outside, mixing and branding her fragrance and my neighbors were helping her out.

I went inside, checked for dirty plates and took them out for washing. While I was washing, my roommate told me to hurry so I could go get foodstuffs for breakfast and I did.

When I got back from the grocery store, noticed time wasn't on my side so I quickly rushed into the bathroom, had my bath and off I went to church. I only remembered to snap while I was inside the tricycle I boarded to church. I took few pictures inside the tricycle before arriving at my church premises.

It been two weeks, I last went to church and being able to be in God's presence today was a big privilege because at first, it seemed impossible! Immediately I stepped out of the tricycle and paid the driver off, my sanctuary unit director beckoned on me to come meet her and I did (although I knew the reason she called already, I was in for series of questions. Why I haven't been to church for weeks and haven't showed up for sanctuary keeping). She finally let me go after telling me she wasn't satisfied with my flimsy excuses and warned me not to miss church again.

After church, somebody's daughter was famished and couldn't wait to get home. Immediately I got home, I quickly took off my wig (I wasn't patient enough to pull off my church wear) and rushed into the kitchen, dished a portion of food for myself and ate to my satisfaction.Then I went ahead and had my siesta.

When I woke up, I had my lunch. Then my neighbor's children came with their assignment from school seeking for my assistance in helping them do it. Mehn, I wasn't prepared for it but what will I do?. I had to go through the assignment, and helped them resolve it. Then made my nails, yes I paint them myself.

After making my nails, I took my lunch and took my bath before advancing to my bed, guess, this is where I should stop writing for today. We go again tomorrow, thanks for staying up and reading to this point. I really appreciate, I'm rooting for us all.
