While frying the meat in this way, the meat will slowly cook. Here I have not added any amount of water because this meat has to be fried.

Now let's move on to the ingredients for making pitha. To make the dough for pitha, you have to mix rice flour and wheat flour well. You have to know the dough of the flour well so that there are no scratches while making pitha.

Then I have to make the dough balls with my hands and make them a little bowl-sized.

Now I have made many dough balls in the size of bowls. Once they are made, I will put a spoonful of chicken inside each of the dough balls.

In this way, I will put the chicken inside all of them first so that I can make it easier and it takes less time.

Then I will press all the tops of the pithas and make the faces.

After I made the faces of the pithas, I made a little design on them. So that my pithas look more attractive.

After making many of them like this, I have to heat oil in a frying pan on the stove and fry the pithas on medium heat.

I have fried all the pithas in a batch until they are brown in color and then take them out. The pithas were very crunchy and spicy, they were very delicious to eat, my kids and my husband liked them very much.
