Hello everyone, good morning to you all. Hope you all had a wonderful night rest? Welcome back to my blog. I'm so excited participating in the photo of the week contest organized by @m-fdo. Like I always say, photos are memories which helps us to remember things that happened in the past.

So two weeks ago, my younger sister Mimi did her Matriculation ceremony at the prestigious University of Nigeria Nsukka. Matriculation ceremony is a ceremony organized for first years in every University.

It is a welcoming ceremony in which new students and welcomed properly into the University. They are usually seen as freshers until after the ceremony in which they become the bonafide members of the School. I and my immediate younger sister went to share in her joy.

The ceremony really brought lots of memories back to me because I graduated from the same school last year. Looking back, I could remember my undergraduate days, my first day in school and my own Matriculation ceremony in 2019 and I looked back and thank God. The ceremony started with the freshmen going to their various departments for the procession and ceremony and after which the Matriculation party commenced.

Parents and well wishers were seen in different parts of school snapping pictures and celebrating. Food and drinks weren't left out too in the ceremony. I was really happy that I came to share in my sister's joy. Thanks for reading through my post, I invite @joymm, and @bela90 and @ovulama to participate in this contest.
