Contest! "5 Things Which Made Me Happy"

Hello, my dear fellow steemians, today I am back with you to compete in the contest hosted by @aviral123 through Steem For Ladies Community. So far, I didn’t want to consider my happy moment, but when I noticed this contest announcement, I was compelled to think of that.

Happiness is a state of mind that cannot be described in words but is a simple emotion. We can achieve happiness by being positive and avoiding negative thoughts in our minds. When I reflected on my day, I realized that everything I did was positive because I didn't allow any negative thoughts to enter my mind.

The first happiness was brought to me by a glass of water that I drank on an empty stomach early in the morning. I couldn't put into words how I felt after wetting my dry lips with that cool water. Consider how you feel in the early morning, with a glass of cool water running through your body.

Next, I headed to my garden to get some fresh air, do you believe what I made happy? Yes, it was booming flowers that were in my garden. I smelled them and touched them; they are so lovely and soft. I stood there for a few moments admiring the flowers’ beauty of their scent. Can I put into words how I felt at the time? That was the second thing that made me happy.

The third thing that made me happy was the blessing message I received from my son via our family group. It mentioned ‘Good morning, whatever you choose to do make sure you do it with Kind Heart, Loving Spirit, Positive Attitude, and a beautiful smile. Have a blessed day!’ That message also coincides with happiness. When I read that message, I was able to start my day with a positive attitude, which was another source of joy for me.

I made jelly custard for the happiness of our family. Family means my husband, my son, my daughter-in-law, and me. Though my son resides in a separate house, we share everything. Interaction with family members in any ways makes us happy. Therefore, sharing that jelly custard with them was the next things that brought me happy.

It rained heavily this morning. Looking at the rain made me very happy. I can’t put into words how I felt when I saw big raindrops falling on the ground and splashing at that speed. That was my fifth source of happiness.
