Currently depending on the weather I am forced to mention in almost every post that we are in dire straits in summer not to mention we have a lot of problems with summer so it would be nice to share some of these with you but today I Presented to you with roasted liver recipe and hope you all will like it.
Here are the ingredients I will need to make my recipe today . |

It is possible to prepare my recipe very easily with all these ingredients but now let's know its preparation method slowly |

●First, the livers should be washed well with water,
●then the livers should be boiled well for five minutes.
● There are many benefits of boiling the liver. Boiling the liver will remove the excess fat from the liver and remove the strong smell of the liver. After that, the liver should be cut into small pieces and taken with itChop some onions and cut the green chillies
then take it in a clean pan and put it in the oven at this stage add the chopped onions and green chillies in the pan and wait for a while at this stage

● add oil to fry the onions well and Saute until brown
●then add all the masalas here one by one and then saute well for two to four minutes and here masala should be sauteed well with water.

●then mix the livers and spices well, add a little water and wait for it to boil well,
●then after five to six minutes, remove the lid and stir fry the livers. After that, add the salt properly and add a spoonful of dhunajira on top

My today's recipe is very tasty and useful too, everyone from children to old age can eat these types of foods and they can be added as calcium producing foods in the body two to three days a week we can include these types of foods in our diet.
