How are you friends hope all is well and I am also well alhamdulillah today I came to participate in a great contest organized by @ngoenyi mam. in the Steem For Ladies community contest named Let's Do It...Do It Yourself👉Craft, Creativity, Drawing, origami, DIY, Recycling and more week72Take my choice and the best contest to present any creativity is my contest this Today in this contest I will present one of my favourite recipes for everyone to eat cabbage pakoras in winter. Many like and I am also prepared to present this quick and easy Cabbage Pakora recipe today but let's see how I made Cabbage Pakora then complete recipe.

Necessary Materials 👇🏾

∎Cabbage One pis
∎ besun quantity
∎Rice flour quantity
∎Salt two spoon
∎ Dry chilli powder One spoon
∎Cumin powder One spoon
∎Turmeric powder Half spoon
∎Onions three
∎green chillies two
∎coriander leaves according to quantity
∎soybean oil according to quantity
∎tomato sauce according to quantity
∎chop masala quantity

The Process of receipe


Step 01
First I took a big cabbage today I chopped the cabbage very thinly

Step 02
then I chopped some onions in a bowl and chopped some green chillies and chopped some coriander leaves then I took in a bowl and a quantity of basin in a bowl Took and took some rice powder on a plate

Step 03
Cabbage chopped green chillies onion and coriander leaves chopped together then I took the amount of gram flour and rice powder

Step 04
And took all the powdered spices on a plate here cornflour can be used instead of rice powder but I prefer to use rice powder Next I mixed everything well and here I did not add any extra water after that,

Step 05
I put a pan on the stove and put enough oil in it and the oil should be heated very well. When the oil is hot, I should take the cabbage according to the size of my choice and leave it in the oil One by one

Step 06
then the pakoras should be fried well on medium and both sides should be fried till they are well browned then the pakoras should be browned then take them out well in a strainer

Step 07
then put them on a plate with a tissue paper and keep the fried pakoras there Hobe then took it to a serving plate and I sprinkled some chop masala on it for extra spice. This made the pakoras more delicious

Step 08
then I took amount of tomato sauce like here and my instant cabbage pakoras were ready then I took a selfie with my recipe.
