Today I am coming to you with a very common recipe which is the winter vegetable recipe in our country in winter there are many kinds of vegetables and we can take different vegetables and from there we can enjoy different nutrients for our body . We will cook vegetables and it is very beneficial for our body and health, from small children to adults can eat these vegetables in their diet and enjoy the necessary nutrients from here.
But let's not delay today All the ingredients needed to prepare my recipe are

It is possible to make a delicious and healthy vegetable recipe very easily with all these ingredients like but let's go slowly now I will mention the whole preparation method first wash all the vegetables and cut them into small pieces then finely chop the onion and bay leaf
After take all the vegetables and onions, add salt, turmeric powder, cumin powder, Dhona powder should be added
with ginger garlic paste and oilone by oneThen mix everything. Here it is better to mix it by hand. Then put it in the oven
and wait until the water dries up and all the vegetables are cooked. At this time, the oven grid should be kept on light-medium
so that all the vegetables are cooked very well. When all the vegetables are cooked well and all the water is gone, take the curry out of the oven and take it out in a bowl to serve and
then it is ready to serve and then I take a selfie with my recipe for this vegetable.
This recipe is almost prepared in our house during winter and all the members of our house like to eat it very much. Vegetables are not so delicious or taste like this except in winter .
