How are you going on dear friends? Hope all of my friends of this community and this nice platform are well by the grace of Almighty Krishna and so am I. I am here today to share a beautiful dessert recepie with you. And this is a delicious and amazing sweet that is called black sweet in our country. I was known to this recepie from youtube and tried it for third time by far. Now I have come here to introduce this recepie to all of you. Ok let's make the sweets without delay...

Samolina | 100 gm |
Ghee(clarified butter) | 1 teaspoon |
Liquid milk | 150 ml |
Milk powder | 2 teaspoon |
Oil | Required for deep fry |
Sugar | 200 gm |
Cardamom | 1-2 |
Water | 200 ml |
Place a large size pan on the stove. Pour 1 teaspoon of ghee in the hot pan and keep the flame low. Then pour the samolina in the pan and fry in the gree by continuous stirring. The flame must be kept low unless the samolina will be burnt.
Add the liquid milk while frying the samolina. Pour the milk little by little and mix continuously. When the samolina absorb all the milk and it gets a dough like texture, take the samolina dough out of the pan. Add 2 teaspoon of milk powder in the dough and mix well to make a nice dough.
Take a little portion of ghee and smear it between palms. Then make small round and slightly flat structures from the dough by rolling small dough portions between the palms.
Now pour oil in a pan and let it being hot. Keep the flame medium and fry all the small dough pieces in the oil. When the color of dough balls turn into golden brown, remove the balls from the oil.
Then we have to make a thin sugar syrup. For this take same quantity of sugar and water in a pan. Add 1 or 2 cardamom in the syrup for flavor. Boil these in high flame for 3-4 minutes. Then turn the flame low and put all the fried sweets in the syrup. Cover the pan for 3-4 minutes and turn off the flame after that. The sweets absorb some of the sugar syrup in the pan at this point. Keep the sweets in this syrup overnight with a cover to let the sweets absorb maximum syrup. We get the desired sweet texture in the morning. That's all.
