Cooking has been my passion ever since I was young age I always observe my mother while cooking and I have learned each step with joy even though sometimes we are not always right but we can give our best in trying

First I purchased all the ingredients from the market when I reached home I boiled the beef so that it would be soft when I mixed the rice

  • Carrot
  • green beans
  • green pepper
  • onions
  • Maggie
  • groundnut oil
  • beef
  • rice
  • yellow pepper
  • spicy

Step one

While boiling the beef I added two cubes of Maggie
I boiled and washed the rice and keep aside I washed the rice because it's local rice local rice here has stones and if not washed properly you won't be able to eat the rice in peace because of the stones

Step two

I slice all the ingredients green beans carrots onions green peppers as I pound the yellow pepper and onions ( I wash it also before slicing it)

Step three

I put an empty pot on fire then I add the groundnut oil when the pot has hit up I add the beef and fry it for 5 seconds depending on the fire level you are using after that I add the ingredients I have pounded with the tin tomatoes and spice so that it will give me the perfect color I am looking for

Step four

I add water then I allow it to boil also I add Maggie and cover the water to boil for 15 minutes before adding the rice

Step five

After adding The rice I mix it and put a normal level of fire so that it will not burn I mix it properly and I make sure that it tastes to my satisfaction before I cover it and wait for it to dry up the water

After the water had dried up I checked the softness of the rice and the taste and it was delicious then I added the Green I always love my cooking in a green color knowing fully well that green is very essential for our body's health and development

This cooking only takes me 45 minutes. As I earlier said, it depends on your fire level.
