Hello dear ladies...!

It was the 20th of June.
My day started early as we had many tasks planned. Little Vihan was up before the sun and walked out of bed full of energy. He was very excited to start the day and went around collecting his toys from the floor. Keeping him occupied while carrying out our morning tasks was a challenge. Luckily, I had everything packed for our journey. I had some chickpeas soaked the night before, so I only had to temper them for breakfast.
While I had my breakfast, I just ran through my feed on Steemit and read a few of my friends' posts before leaving home. I completed the house chores while keeping an eye on Vihan. He didn't trouble much as he was watching his favorite cartoon. Then we got ready to head to my parents' home.
On the way we stopped at "Hela Bojun" to get our favorite Sri Lankan snacks to have on our way home. Vihan loves to have the Jackfruit chips that is only available in this restaurant. They are healthy and do not contain any preservatives, making them the perfect snack for kids when travelling or in a hurry.
Then our second stop was at "Sriyani" in Rathnapura for some last-minute wedding shopping. Unfortunately, we did not find what we were looking for, but I found some comfy shorts for Vihan at a reasonable price.
Little Vihan fell asleep after having his snacks on the way. Our drive was peaceful, and we reached my parents' home at around 2:00 p.m. I was really exhausted after a long drive. I first took a nice cold bath to refresh myself and then I joined for lunch with my parents. We had a lovely time together in the evening. After having our evening tea, we decided to go out for shopping.
It was pouring when we left home, but we had no option except drive slowly. We reached Unity Plaza in about 20 minutes. We took little Vihan with us and luckily, he was in sound asleep. We didn't want to trouble his sleep; we grabbed what we wanted without taking much time. Then, we visited a cosmetic shop, that had all beauty products under one roof. It wasn't easy to get out of the shop quickly as I thought. Finally, I took what I needed for the wedding and we left the place.
On the way, we stopped by the grocery store to get some ingredients for dinner. Then we returned home around 8:30 p.m. I quickly got refreshed and made a light dinner for us. Then I fed the baby and put him to sleep. It was a long day for all of us. I ended a beautiful day by being grateful for all the good moments I had with family amidst the busy schedule of carrying out our daily tasks.

Such a lively day full of little adventures and loving moments with Vihan. It's heartwarming to see him bring joy even on busy mornings and long drives. Snacks at 'Hela Bojun' are delicious - jackfruit must be his favourite! Comfortable shorts are perfect for everything from wedding shopping to a quick stop for groceries.
