Learn how to prepare moringa salad with @woka-happiness
Moringa leaves are important to human health, as they are a great source of nutrients for the body. drinking moringa water can also be beneficial, moringa has many different advantages. It can be either be used as medicine or consumed as food.
Ingredients
- Moringa leaves
- Kulikuli or roasted groundnut
- Onions
- Pepper
- Salt
- Maggi
- groundnut oil
Steps and procedures
Step 1 Start by getting the ingredients ready just like I did with mine, remove the moringa leaves from the stick.
Step 2 Wash your onion with pepper, then grind your pepper desperately and also slice the onion, then pound the kulikuli with the use of mortar and pestle.
Step 3 Put some water on the fire and cover the pot allow the water to boil, wash your moringa leaves properly then add to the boiling water.
Step 4 After adding the moringa leaves allow to boil for about 10-15 minutes then put into a sieve to drain off the water, use a spoon to press the moringa gently to help remove the water.
Step 5 At this point you will add your grinded kulikuli to the moringa leaves.
Step 6 After adding the ground kuli kuli to the moringa leaves mix properly then add your grinded pepper.
Step 7 Do the same to your moringa leaves by mixing the pepper with the moringa leaves properly.
Step 8 You will also repeat the same thing by adding the sliced onion and mixing properly then add your salt, maggi, and some little amount of oil and mix, and your moringa salad is ready to be served.

Your hand cooking looks very tempting. I have seen my mother-in-law dry the leaves and mix them with water. Sajan leaves have been fried but I have never tried it.
