Hi everyone I am fine and I hope that you all will be also fine and will be doing great work at Steemit . Today I am here to participate in a contest which is about the Air Pollution.now I will participate in the contest in the Healthy Steem community . There are the answers of the question below :

What are the main sources of air pollution in the environment ?

There are many much sources of the air pollution in our environment .As there are many source but I will discuss few of them .The few sources are as under :

Transport.
Industries.
Agriculture.
Deforestation.
Natural Sources.

Transport :

The first source which I will discuss us transport So as in transport we usually use cars ,buses, trucks and motorcycles, These all vehicles when burning fuel then they release harmful gases into the air . One of the major harmful gas produced when the fuel is not completely burned is Carbon Monoxide , This gas can cause breathing problems.

Industries :

In industries where there use fuels for electricity or any other industrial processes ,Then when the fuels is burned then it cause air pollution which make our air polluted.

Agriculture :

Agriculture is also a big cause of the polluting of the air became in agriculture the animals especially cows release methane gas into the air causing the air polluted and artificial fertilizers also lead to the air pollution because the fertilizers have harmful chemical to kill the pests or to manage the pests.

Deforestation :

Deforestation is also one of the major source of the air pollution because when the trees are cutted or the trees are burned they it release harmful gases into the air. Also when there is less trees then less carbon dioxide will be absorbed. So the air pollution will be more.

Natural Sources :

In natural sources when there took fire on the forests then the burning trees realises harmful gases into the air which make the air polluted.Also when animals ,plants and other organic matter break down in nature then the methane gas is release into the air which also make the air polluted.

How does air pollution affect human health, especially vulnerable groups like children and the elderly?

There are many problem caused by the air pollution especially on the vulnerable groups like children and elders .SO some of the problems are as under :

Respiratory Problems.
Increases the risk of cancer.
Weak Immune System.
Heart Diseases

Respiratory Problems :

Air pollution is also one of the big causes the respiratory problems because children's lungs are growing so if the children breathe in this polluted air then it can badly affect their lungs .

Inrease the risk of Cancer :

Air pollution also increases the risk of cancer especially oflung cancer THis is when we breathe in the polluted air there are some small particle that get into our lungs and hurt our cells .as time passes this damage can cause our cells to grow in the wrong way then it is then lung cancer made. So it means that breathing polluted air for a long time can lead to lung cancer.

Weak Immune System :

Polluted air makes our immune system weak because when we breathe in the bad air there bad particles also get into our bad which affects parts of our bodies such as lung cancer and it also makes our cells weaker that why our immune system also becomes weak.

Heart Diseases :

Polluted air can also cause heart problems because when we breathe in polluted air then the tiny particles in the air also get into our body which makes swelling in our vessels makes the vessels narrower, So then make the blood flow slow and also leads to the heart to work harder and as time passes it can lead to the heart problems.

What are some common symptoms or health issues caused by exposure to polluted air?

There are many symptoms caused by the polluted air these are coughing and shortness of breath and one of the symptoms is that you will feel tired because your body will have to work harder.Air pollution can also lead to the hearth and lung problems when living for a long time in the polluted air .These problem could be also caused with any other reason.it can also make you immune system weak.

How can individuals contribute to reducing air pollution in their daily lives?

In my opinion, individuals can contribute to reducing air pollution by making the use of fuel-based vehicles less I mean the vehicle In which there is need of a fuel and instead of it using public electric buses and also planting trees so that the carbon dioxide could be absorbed as much as possible to make the air cleaner and to awaremore people to help to make the air cleaner and not to make the air polluted .

How does air pollution vary between urban and rural areas?

In Urban Areas

there are many uses of cars , motorcycles and buses in which the fuel cause the air to be polluted by releasing harmful gases such as carbon dioxide. There are many industries in the cities that release harmful gases that contribute to the air making the air polluted. Urban areas had more pollution than rural areas because in urban areas there are many factories and there is much energy produced.The urban area produces more air polluting then the rural area .

In Rural Areas

There are less cars and buses in the rural area that's mean that there is less air pollution.But there are use of pesticides in the agriculture and also of livestock which releasesharmful gases that causes the polluted air.Rural areas are more cleaner as compared to the urban areas because in rural areas there are less factories and there could be less energy produced .Which is good because it does not make the air polluted as the urban areas.
