Hello dear friends! Welcome to my post. How are you all? I hope you will be doing well by the grace of Almighty Allah. I'm also fine and enjoying my day. Today I'm here to participate in this amazing contest which is organized by @khursheedanwar in this Healthy Steem community. The topic of this contest is about "Anorexia". So let's start the task without any more delay of time.

Imagine, you are enjoying a party with someone and having a dinner in a restaurant, where the table is full of different kinds of foods, drinks and snacks etc. And you are eating them with great delight but the person sitting next to you stop eating after having a few bites and avoiding eating other meals. So seeing that condition of person, if you will try to know about the reason behind that, you will definitely stop at anorexia. This is because, the anorexia is exactly that having a fear of gaining weight.
Anorexia is also known as the anorexia Nervosa because in that condition, the people suffer a lot both mentality and physically. They always remain in depression, confused and stay away from eating food even their favorite ones because they don't want to gain weight and try to stay lean, slim and smart. But sometimes they suffers in a lot of problems when that feelings of being fat becomes heavy on their minds.
What are causes of anorexia? |

There may be several causes of anorexia including the genetics, lifestyles, psychological and social factors as well. Mostly, the anorexia found in the celebrities and later in their children because they Always try to control their emotions of eating foods. Also they want to show everything perfect to the fans and audience. Besides them, the other causes of anorexia can be:
- Genetics
- Imbalance brain chemistry
- Hormonal changes
- Trauma
- Social pressure
- Family dynamics
What is the treatment of anorexia? |

Anorexia can be treated with the help of several things but the first one according to me is change your lifestyle i.e make a proper schedule of your routine and add some healthy foods in your diets. Besides this, due to following treatment we can treat anorexia:
Try to seek medical guidance from nutritionist and from other medical specialties.
Try to restore your health by adding more healthy foods and snacks to your diets.
Try to add more fruits and healthy vegetables in your diet and eat them daily.
Try to become socially active by visiting different places of your country with your friends and dear ones.
