Morning walk is practice that can help us in difference ways. It helps to bring our body and mind into balance.

Morning walk is a beneficial activity for students, it doesn't only improves physical health but it also enhance academic performance.

We have to understand to that regular exercise, such as jogging and walking increases blood flow to the brain leading to better concentration and memory.

HOW MORNING WALK MAKES YOUR HEALTH GREAT?

They are many great things morning walk gives to our health. But Iets look into this( 3)

JOINT SUPPORT: when you walk, your joint squish together. This movement compression open them to get joint fluid. That allows more nutrients and oxygen to get into your joint which helps them to work and feel better.

STRENGTHEN MUSCLES: morning walk can help you tone your leg and abdominal muscles. The pressure of moving is also shifted from your joint. Because strong muscles give you a wider range of motion your overall strength.

CLEARS YOUR MIND AND PREVENTS WEIGHT GAIN: people of ages had better cognitive abilities while walking.
70% of people like to take a walk when they are thinking or trying to solve a particular problems.

Going on a morning walk is very important to everybody most especially people from 50 years upward. It helps to boost immune function. It reduces the risk of catching cold or the flu.

With my observation. I have come to realize that walking out at least 20 minutes a day, in 5 times a week, have 43 percents fewer sick . And if you are sick, you likely to have a milder symptoms.

For maximum benefits people should devote at least 130 minutes a week to your morning walk.

HOW MUCH MORNING WALK IS PART OF YOUR ROUTINE ?

A routine is the usual series of something or what you do at a particular time. The ideal time to embark on your morning walk is largely dependent on your individual preference. like location and schedule.

However to me they are certain things I consider when determining the optimal time to start my morning walk.
1 sunrise *
2 before breakfast*

It has become a regular part of my daily activities. Like my morning coffee of any regular meal during the day. I always set aside for my daily brics walk which takes about 1 hour 30 minutes at our local park which I cover around 5.3 miles.
I set my alarm for 30 minutes earlier so I can get at least 1 hour 30 minutes walk every morning.

Even on rainy or cold days, I just dressed for the weather but I will still walk. The point is, you make it part of your daily routine and it's automatic. It might not be for everyone.

But as a living phenomenon you should make morning walk part of your daily activities. Don't exclude it at all because it reduces risk of heart disease and strong.

Hace poco estaba conversando con mi entrenador la importancia que tiene caminar y fíjate, es la actividad que hacemos desde muy pequeñitos porque, cuando damos nuestros primeros pasos siendo infantes, ya nos estamos habituando a recibir estos sensacionales beneficios.
