A good percentage of the world’s population have issues with their teeth which may be due to ignorance,or not knowing how to care or them.
Some just avoid taking taking care of their teeth.This post tells you a little about to take care of your teeth without stress.

What do you think are essential steps for cleanliness of teeth?

Our teeth are essential part of our body that we can’t go a day without.Due to the fact we can’t go a day without eating,we always use our teeth to grind food or chew what we intake in our mouth.
It is very essential to take care of our teeth as we
can’t go a day without it.

we can take care of our teeth by doing the following:

  • Always brush your teeth twice a day:It is essential to brush one’s teeth daily to avoid infections.it is recommended to brush twice a day,but as a human ,we find it difficult to do so as it is advised to brush morning and night,but we al find it hard to brush at night including myself.

  • Avoid smoking,cigarettes and other product relating to it:smoking affects the gum in the teeth which leads to disease and can endanger our health.

  • Eating balanced diet and avoiding foods that stick to our teeth: some foods or snacks like chocolates ,chew gum,sweets etc ,affect our teeth and may make us have tooth decay and other type of infections .it is best to have balanced diet food and avoid intake of too much sugary stuffs.

  • Getting hydrated:one need to be hydrated to avoid tooth decay because not being hydrated can cause tooth decay.Avoiding caffeine,alcohol etc.

  • Avoiding spicy foods:intake of spicy foods can cause damage to our dental health and it’s best to avoid it.

  • changing one’s tooth brush every three months and using recommended toothpaste.I for example,I use soft toothbrush cause I don’t like hard so as not to hurt my gums while brushing and I use it with either oral B toothpaste or Colgate toothpaste.

what kind of food is harmful to food health

The food we take also affect our health.the type of food we take detect how our teeth health will be strong and good.

  • taking too much of sugary stuffs like:sugar,chocolate,chew gum,sweets,biscuits and the likes causes tooth decay.our gums end up being affected by these things.

  • taking cold drinks or alcoholic beverages and ice affect our teeth which give us tooth pain and ache.

  • spicy foods also affect our dental health.

  • Avoiding intake of hard things that are too strong for our teeth to chew or grind.

  • Avoiding foods that are highly acidic in nature.

is there any traditional or modern technique you use for your teeth(either your answer is yes or no give your reasons).

There are so many ways to take care of the teeth,both traditional and modern way.Everyone has what works for them and what they feel is easier.

I personally,I do eat charcoal once in a while because it said to make the teeth strong.
I don’t usually use chewing stick because I find it hard to use.The day my mum gave me to use ,I couldn’t even chew it for 2 minutes and I went to pick my tooth brush.
Using toothbrush and toothpaste with some dental health products that helps one’s teeth to be strong like mouthwash and the rest.

Describe if you have any dental problems and if not,give some suggestions to maintain healthy teeth

I wouldn’t really say it’s a problem but I have tooth pain when I take Ice and too much cold drinks or sugary stuff.
I will say to everyone to try keep a good dental health and avoid all things that can cause us to have tooth decay or any kind of tooth infections like brushing our teeth twice a day,eating balanced food and the likes.

In conclusion Our teeth is a vital part of our daily life and it has to be taken care of daily to avoid infections and diseases.We shouldn’t ignore our oral health care routines nor be ignorant about it.

I also avoid sugary stuff because of my teeth. Keeping our teeth white can be difficult sometimes, but deliberate efforts must be put to it to make it work.
