Cervicogenic headaches are most likely to originate in the cervical spine. Then slowly start below the ear. Then it starts rising towards the forehead. If lower pain occurs then it should be understood as cervicogenic headache. Severe and painful. We often have headaches I suffer from cervicogenic headaches. I often personally suffer from headaches 10 to 12 times a month. I have had headaches since my childhood. When you are over tensed, my headache comes immediately. Sometimes I feel very upset due to headache. Why is the headache so painful that it cannot be tolerated? And when I get a headache like this, I try to sleep. Sleep is an important thing in our life. Sometimes we feel a lot of peace due to sleep. I often get headaches when I use MOVE Ointment. I also get some benefit. I think headache is a painful disease. If you have a headache you don't want to eat. Not wanting to spend quality time with anyone etc. Personally, I feel annoyed when I get a headache.
