What do you understand by healthy liver?

A healthy liver is one which perform so many actions which help the body for proper regulation of blood. This include helping the human body have proper digestion, have good and natural skin colour ,also it helps good and proper urine and also it helps the body to have proper weight and good cholesterol level.

write some common tips to have healthy liver.

Ending alcohol and hard drugs which may damage the liver of a person can help a person's liver to become healthy again. Balance diet is another tip that can help a person's liver to stay healthy. Hydration and personal exercises can help a person's liver to stay good okay and healthy. So with all this little tips which I have listed down you can have a good and and healthy liver.

Give any example of health problem due to liver disfunction?

A person's health may be at stake if he has a liver fail because the urine which is suppose to go out at that very minute will get stuck in there and it will be very bad. Also if a liver disfunction it is very bad for the body because the body weight can reduce because of liver failure or liver disease.

With this which I have said, when a liver is in good condition, the body regulation of blood, water, urine and sweat goes smoothly and without any problem. So also if a person needs to have a good kidney or wants to maintain his kidney he will have to eat balance diet , do some proper exercises which will help the person in his health.
