I am @akbarmia, from #Bangladesh
Food is one of the most important elements of our life. Just as we cannot live without food, excess food can also cause health problems. So we have to eat healthy food regularly and as a routine.
Eating routines vary from person to person. In some cases, the food routine changes due to differences in culture, country, race etc. I eat food as per my routine: morning, noon and night three times. Also, I eat some light food like tea, bread, banana, biscuits, etc., in the morning to noon and the afternoon, but it is not according to my routine, sometimes when I feel like it. So my daily routine consists of three meals.
I always try to eat meals on time according to my routine. But we are busy people, sometimes we don't have the right time for busy work. Again it was seen that even if you go somewhere far away, you still don't eat on time. But eating on time is very important for proper maintenance of our health.
Food is an important element for us. Without food, it is almost impossible for us to survive, and various diseases will take root in our bodies. Moreover, our immune system will decrease. Especially since we are male people, it turns out that we have to stay outside the house most of the time. As a result, many times, home food is not eaten, and sometimes, the restaurant is not even visited. Then we eat different items from different hawkers along the road. Especially I am a bit more attracted to these foods than the street side street food stalls, even though they are a bit of a health hazard to eat. So thinking about our health, it is better to eat less of these foods.
We all eat food according to our routine, each one likes a different routine. Below is my ideal food routine:
Morning Time:
Wake up in the morning drink a glass of water on an empty stomach and take a short walk or exercise around 7/8 am in the morning:
- Oats
- Bread with butter
- Boiled eggs
- Seasonal fruits
- Salads
- Khichuri
- Tea etc.
Lunch Time:
In my opinion, lunchtime should be filled with nutritious and balanced food. Lunch should be taken between 1 pm and 2 pm. Following would be the Savare menu as per my ideal routine:
- Rice
- Fish
- Vegetables
- Meat
- Dal
- Salad etc.
A small amount of fruit can be eaten after meals.
Afternoon Time:
A light snack can be had in the afternoon. Like tea, biscuits, fruits, sweets etc.
Dinner Time:
Dinner will be lighter than our lunch, and we must try to eat 2/3 hours before sleep. As per my routine, the night menu can include:
- Rice
- Vegetables
- Fish
- Khichuri
- Rice Bread
- Fruits etc.
