The immune system is a combination of cells, tissues, and organs that works together in a body. It is the defending system of our body. immune system is the main and important system of the body without immune system our body can't work. It is called defending system of the body.
It defend the body against foreign particles for example viruses, bacteria 🦠 , Fungi and other pathogen particles.A health immune system is a very important for preventing from infections, diseases and even from cancer.
Here are some effective tips to boost your immune system:

1 Get enough sleep :
We need planed sleep for 7-9 hours per night. This planed method is help to boost up your immune system and work properly.
2 Exercise regularly :
We need to engage a exercise plan, such as walking, cycling, or swimming, for at least 30 minutes per day in our daily based.
3 Maintain a healthy weight:
We need to control Excess weight. It can be weaken your immune system, So we aim for a healthy body mass index through a good combination of diet and exercise.
4 Manage stress:
We need try to follow the stress-reducing techniques like exercise, yoga, or deep breathing in daily life for boost up immune system. Otherwise the chronic stress can suppress or damage your immune system.

3 Include immune-boosting foods :
We need to take foods which is high in antioxidants, such as berries, leafy greens, and other fruits and vegetables In daily routine, It can helps to boost your immune function.
4 Consider supplements :
We should use immune enhancer supplements like vitamin C, vitamin D, and probiotics it may help to support immune function.we consult with a healthcare Dr before adding any supplements to your daily routine.

Need to wash your hands frequently, especially during cold and flu season, my friends I follow this method and protect myself from bacteria.This practice can help and prevent the spread of illness.

I agree that vitamin D is important and play important role in healthy immune system function.Sun is the best source of vitamin D. We need to take vitamin D supplements, or eat vitamin D-rich foods like fatty fish, egg yolks, and fortified dairy products its boost up your immune system. My friends if we use vitamin c it boost up your immune system strong .
3 Stay up-to-date on vaccinations :
Friends We should Vaccinated completely .It can help and protect your body against illnesses and severe infections.
