I have eaten many fruits and vegetables in my life but I could not find such a beautiful food with greater taste and wonderful shape. When I think about it my mouth is filled with saliva. There is no other fruit which can match this one.
The KING OF ALL FRUITS "MANGO"
"MANGO"
If you give me Mango fruit on one side and all other fruits on the other side, I will choose and eat Mango for more than 30 days while not touching the other fruits.
Mangoes are enriched in Vitamin A, C and E; these are better for stronger bones, better skin and other internal skin and tissue damage. It also contains other components better for immune system, lastly, it has cooling effect in the body which keeps body stimulated in the summer days or hot days. Mango contains potassium and magnesium also.
Vitamins.
Mango contains many vitamins.
- Vitamin A; best for bones, hair and tissues. It makes our bones stronger and maintain it.
- Vitamin C; it is very good for skin and damages internal tissues. Vitamin C is needed mostly in winters but it does not mean that we will be skipping it in summers so use Mango in hot weather to keep your vitamin C supply complete.
- Vitamin E; it good for blood and brain. It keeps the brain active and cleans your blood, moreover, it contains antioxidants which kills bacteria and virus in our body.
- Potassium and Magnesium: They are better for heart diseases, it maintains heart activities and helps in blood flow from the heart to all the body. many people, including the younger generation is also facing heart diseases nowadays. Doctor recommends them medicines especially in syrup or tablets form, I suggest them they should eat Mango fruit to stay away from these medicines.
Finally:
Mango is favorite fruit of many people and it is cultivated in many countries. In our country mango fruit is also cultivated and in large amount, it is also exported to other countries. My point was that, we should be taking care of our body, eating healthy fruits and vegetables and avoiding junk food which affect our body badly.
