To live, the first thing we need to have a healthy body. To achieve a healthy body, we must pay the most attention to healthy food. If we do not consume nutritious food, we can never stay healthy.


Your Healthy Recipes: in here we want you to share with us your delicious and nutritious recipes.

Now I will share a nutritious food item recipe with you. The name of my dish is whole wheat flour bread (roti) and vegetables. Almost every morning, I prepare whole wheat flour bread and various types of vegetable dishes. Sometimes I also eat an egg. Bread helps keep our bodies healthy. It is better not to eat oily or sweet foods in the morning. It is better to avoid rice in the morning as rice increases body fat, so I try to eat bread for breakfast.

Making bread does not take much time. My husband and I eat five small-sized pieces of bread together.

Healthy Breakfast


• To make bread, firstly I heat a sufficient amount of water.

• I mix a pinch of salt and oil in the water.

• Then I prepare the dough for the bread.

•Once the bread is made, I bake it on a pan.

Next, I chop all the vegetables and mix them with onion, chili, turmeric, ginger, garlic, and salt, and put them in a pressure cooker. The vegetables are ready in 20 minutes. Sometimes I also cook various types of lentils.


Nutrition Tips: here we want see your expertise on healthy eating, you have to state your meal plan, the portion of food you eat.

For staying healthy, here are some nutritious foods I consume:

• Among nutritious foods are various types of fruits. These are seasonal. There are different seasonal fruits that everyone should eat. I eat those fruits and encourage my family to eat them as well.

Nutritious fruits increase our body's immunity. We should remember that nutritious fruits help keep our bodies healthy.

• At our home, the food we consume every night is milk. Milk contains a large amount of vitamins. It helps keep our bodies healthy, provides energy, and helps us stay well. Milk strengthens the bones. Every person, from children to adults, should drink milk every day.

• I keep a conscious eye on our food every day to ensure that it maintains the right amount of nutritional value. I try to include lentils in our daily diet and also try to include any one of the protein foods such as fish, meat, or eggs.

• Another thing I keep in mind is to include lemon, cucumber, or vitamin C-type foods.

• We try to eat at least one banana every day. Bananas contain a lot of vitamins.which makes our body much strong.


Wellness Secrets: in here you are to share your tips and tricks for maintaining physical and mental well-being even how you manage stress, self-care, and mindfulness practices.

Now I will share with you the secrets of my health. That is, how I maintain my physical and mental well-being and how I take care of myself when I am stressed.

• I try to wake up early every morning and go to bed early at night. If I have a busy schedule, I might go to bed a bit late, but otherwise, I try to sleep early.

• I try to exercise almost every day. Exercising is very important for keeping my body healthy. It keeps the body healthy as well as the mind.

• I try to maintain good relationships with my relatives and keep in touch with them regularly. This makes me feel very good.

• Whenever I feel down, I go out and spend time in nature or eat at a restaurant. Natural environments can significantly improve our mood.

• Another thing I do when I have time is spending time with children. Children are very pure, and their cheerful and playful nature keeps us in good spirits. Spending time with them keeps our hearts healthy.

• Another important aspect is praying. Whenever you feel down, no matter what religion you follow, reading your religious book will make you feel much better. I also practice this. I read religious books and pray, which makes me feel very good.
