The importance of skin health is a no-brainer, it functions as the first line of defense against infections by bacteria, viruses, and pollutants into internal body systems. In addition, the skin controls body temperature and is involved in sensation allowing us to feel touch, temperature, and pain. Our confidence increases, we look and feel better in general as well as reduce the early onset of signs if aging. This is a collection of practices aimed at restoring the natural state of the skin, achieving the preservation of health, and cleanliness, regulating nutrition, and water intake. From the aggression of environmental physical or chemical particles Proper skincare practices are necessary in order for our skin to be kept healthy.
