ALTHOUGH I AM A MAN, I CAN PREPARE AFANG RECIPE(SOUP)
I am glad to participate in this very contest in this healthy community. Knowing how to prepare a healthy meal is very important to our health. Eating healthy meals should not just be at the restaurant, we should also make out time to learn how to prepare a healthy meals for us and our families. Having a healthy meal makes the family members look healthy, especially if it were prepared by a skillful cook.
I learnt how to cook the AFANG soup when I lived with my sister who runs a restaurant business. I enjoy going to her place due to our closeness even thougb she is married. She does not hide anything that invlves cooking and kitchen.
One of the meals that I learnt from her is how to prepare AFANG SOUP. A delicious meal that when tasted, you would want to eat all the time. I was humble enough to have learnt how to cook this soup even I am a man and I am not thinking of running a restaurant business.
In this contest, I am sharing with the community how I prepared a ** soup for healthy living called AFANG SOUP used in eating carbobydrate foods such as garri or wheat.
AFANG RECIPE(SOUP) IS GOOD FOR HEALTH**

The AFAG RECIPE is a native soup of the Ibibio race in south-south part of Nigeria. The recipe is not just prepared for the family, but could as well be prepared during occassions lime:
- Weddings
- Burial
- Traditional events etc.
INGREDIENTS USED TO PREPARE THE AFANG RECIPE
Meals can not just be prepared alone. there are items that one could use to make the meal taste delicious. To prepare the this recipe belw, I used the following ingredients:

- Salt
- Dried or smoked fish
- Gnetum africanum (okazi leaf)
- Cow skin
- Periwinlkes with its shells
- Water leaf ( Talinum triangulare)
- Meat
- Red pepper
- Palm oil
- Crayfish
- Stockfish
- Maggi cubes
These are some of the ingredients that I used to prepare the AFANG RECIPE(SOUP). The ingredients used are really the ones meant to prepare the this delicious recipe. It makes the meal taste good.
Again, each of the ingredients used to prepare the recipe are well known ones that supplies us with the vitamins and minerals that our body needs to for us to have and make a healthy living.
