How are you. I hope you people of steemian are good and enjoy your life . Well I am well. May God bless you all. Today I am writing about an interesting Steemit Engagement Challenge S11 - W5 : which is all time my favourite topic "The Four Main Factors of Health" So, in this post I am going to share my point of view about this topic.

Our body is our true companion and we try our best to keep our body healthy. Because if the body is healthy then everything is fine. You can face any number of troubles. No other person or relative may support you for the whole life, but if your body is healthy, then it supports you till death.
What do you eat to stay healthy? How can you improve your diet? |

To stay healthy, we consume more pulses. In which the amount of protein, vitamins, carbohydrates is available. We eat fiber rich food, use fruits. Eat green vegetables. There is a rule in my house that in the morning breakfast only vegetable paratha will be made and if there is a desire to eat something spicy or something like chowmein , momos , pizza then we like to eat all these in the evening breakfast.
Lentils, rice, vegetables, roti, raita, cucumber, radish salad are all made in our lunch. This proper food and by which everyone's health remains fine and it also gets digested quickly. We avoid flour and fried food a little.
What is your sleeping pattern, and how can you improve it? |

I eat dinner about an hour before sleeping and then we walk for a while. After that everyone goes to sleep at our place at a fixed time. Everyone in our house goes to sleep by 11:00, because everyone has to wake up early in the morning. To make tiffin for both the children for school and for my husband to go to the shop. That's why we are not able to stay awake till late night and now our routine has become such that now it is difficult for us to stay awake till late night.
My father used to say that 8 hours of sleep is very important for a healthy body. When you complete your sleep well, then the next day morning you will wake up with a new energy and start doing your work.
What are your daily exercises or activities? Do you need to do more? |

My daily exercise is to walk for half an hour in the morning and evening. I do exercise everyday. I have to give my duty both at home and shop. That's why I don't have much time for exercise. My weight has increased a bit, so I also do exercise.
But I am not able to exercise regularly, because sometimes I am lazy and there is paucity of time. That's why I get scolded a lot by my husband. He always tells me, set a time for yourself. Because as much time as you have, you have to make your routine according to that. I will try my best to get rid of my laziness and make me exercise regularly.

Keeping the mind healthy is very important, so we should pay full attention to mental health along with physical health. It is very important for both body and mind to be healthy. To keep my mental health healthy, I love listening to songs. I feel very relaxed listening to the song, I love it.
I am very fond of eating good food. I heal both my mind and body by eating my favorite food. Apart from this, I am very fond of running Insta social media and I also like to watch reels.

Hello friend greetings to you.
You have a very best routine. You eat pulses because it's very rich in protein, plus you consume fibric food too.
You mentioned you eat dinner one hour before you sleep and then do some walk. It's my daily routine too. I do alot of exercise and walk.
