First of all I will talk about vegetables and fruits which are very important to keep our body healthy.
Then secondly I will talk about pulses which are rich in protein which helps us to keep ourselves healthy.
- On the third number, I will talk about milk strengthens our bones, by which our lack of kalsham is completed.
On the fourth number, I will talk about eggs make our body strong. We should use eggs in summer and cold.
But I will discuss that proper consumption of water improves our digestion and prevents many innumerable diseases.
We should consume different types of food to keep ourselves healthy because with healthy food a person stays healthy so it is one thing and very important that when we cook food we cook it well so that the food is good. Be easy while eating because if the food is well made it is easy to digest.
Yes, I also think that it is very important to teach children about good food in special schools for good and healthy food, because I think it is important to teach about proper and good food in every educational institution so that children can learn from the beginning. Good and nutritious food should be provided so that the children can be healthy and fit.
