  • Hello πŸ‘‹ everyone! 🌟
On this day, I really want to talk with us about something that can make us really feel good:
    Massage Therapy
    .
Firstly just Imagine this: after a very long, tiring week at your school or work place, you decide to walk into a cozy room filled with a soft music and a warm aroma. You lay down there, and suddenly, all those your worries start to melt away slowly. "This is definitely nothing else than the magic of massage therapy!"
How does getting massages help you relax and feel less stressed?

Anytime I get a massage, it do always feels more like a warm hug to my body. Those gentle pretty touch helps my muscles to unwind, which really makes me feel so calm and peaceful. As I slowly close my eyes, I can really feel the stress leaving my body already, like a balloon floating away.

What good things happen in your body when you get a massage?

When I do receive a massage, my dear body do releases something called the "endorphins". These are indeed happy chemicals that helps make me feel so fantastic! I often notice too my heart rate really slows down, which as well helps me breathe more easier and feel more relaxed.

How do massages help your body get rid of bad stuff and improve how your lymph system works?

Massages
are more like a superhero for my body system always! They sincerely help my lymph system, which is more like a clean-up crew, remove waste and the toxins. After a massage, I do feel a bit lighter, as if my body has really cleaned up all those bad stuff that was slowing me down most times.

Have you ever felt better after a massage?

Absolutely yes! As I vividly remember my last massage, which was definitely two months ago, I genuinely felt amazing! It was more like my body could move freely again and so flexible, just like a bird really soaring through the sky. I do noticed I could exercise much better, and definitely my muscles felt relaxed and I'm happy.

  • Please fellow colleagues! Always feel free to share your sincere thoughts about massage therapy! Have you given a try!? Because It’s a wonderful way to really take care of ourselves, and I so believe everyone should try it at least once a week or in two week. 😊

I'm inviting my friends @kidi40, @alli001 and mentor @ngoenyi to please give us more lights on this topic.

         Thanks πŸ™ For Reading
