Hello friends👋, hope we are doing well!!! The same way we protect our life, it is also importance we protect our bone health too. We need to understand our diet and exercise regularly in order to keep our bones strong.

As we know, good health has to do with the total well-being of our body system. Therefore, bone health is the total well-being and functioning of the bones in our body.

For us to be in good health we also need to keep her bones in good health by watching a diet and another lifestyles. Our bones are vital part of our body because they do a lot for us they provide a structure the Protector that organs they helps us to be active.

It is very important to build our bones when we are much younger. From childhood parents should be careful what they give to their children to eat so that they can have strong bones to carry them throughout their life time.

When we are young if we happen to break our bone, we know that new bones will grow faster than when we are older and our bones becomes stronger. It's difficult to work on a bone when we are much older.

Things That May Affect Our Bones

  1. When our body lacks enough calcium it affects our bones.

  2. When we lack enough physical exercise or activities our bones become weaker.

  3. Age is one of the things that affect our bones because the older we grow, the weaker we become as a person.

  4. Another thing is if we come from a family with parents that had bone disease, we're at risk of having bone problems too.

Tips To Maintain Bone Health

There are various things we could do to maintain bone health or improve our bone health for examples

  1. We need a lot of calcium in our diet as far as our bone health is concerned

  2. We need enough vitamin D as Vitamin D is one of the vitamin that helps to absorb calcium in our body.

  3. We need to stay physically active by engaging in physical exercises like running, jogging or any other exercise you like to do.

  4. We need to avoid drinking of too much alcohol or tobacco drinks to maintain our bone health.

  5. Lastly, we need to be careful of the kind of medicine's that we take as some medicines can affect our bone health.

Food Choices For Bone Health

The kind of food we eat also have a role to play in our bone health. Apart from calcium, our body needs nutrients like vitamin D, phosphorus, magnesium, copper, protein, zinc, vitamin C, etc.

As for food that provide all this nutrients, we need to consider foods like cranberries, milk & other dairy products, extra virgin olive oil, tomatoes, fresh fish, craps, whole grains and cereals, almond nuts and so on.
