INTRODUCTION

Compliments of the season to all Steemian. I'm so excited to participate in this contest and my first contest for the year 2024. Special thanks to @dexsyluz and @Healthy Steem community for organizing this contest, we look forward interesting topic like this from you.

What were your healthy goals for 2023?

Despite the challenges of clinging to my goals at the outset of the year, I'm proud of the steps i took. All though I didn't achieve all my goals, I'm glad with the progress I've made. This year, I'll aim to meet my goals 100% or close to it. Even though the journey may be difficult at times, I'm determined to stay on the trail and make 2023 my best year yet.

In 2023, one of my goals was to be committed to a daily morning exercise routine.i look so big in person and this routine included jogging, going to the gym, and stretching. The reason for this routine was to improve my physical health, help me stay fit, build my a$$, and improve my appearance. It was sometimes difficult to carry out this routine, especially during this period that there was so much cold I still did my best and am proud of the progress I made and I'm looking forward to doing more this year.

Another healthy goal I had was concerning my diet, the kind of food I eat, and the kind of water I drink. As a woman, I'm very attentive to my body, when there is any change in my body I already know where it's coming from and what's causing it. I was able to maintain this part of my goal last year. However, it was kind of difficult because the kind of food I eat or enjoy eating are the ones I was to stay clear of. I'm allergic to drinking soda, something that used to be my everyday lunch. The kind of food we take in has a lot to say about our physical well-being.

There were so many other healthy things I did last year which included tidying up my house every morning before leaving for work. Wash my clothes every days day. Do the dishes over the night before sleeping. Washing my toilet and staying generally in a very neat environment. With all of this, I would say I was able to achieve 70% of my healthy goals last year and this year, I'm going to strive to get 101%.

Can you say that you fulfilled them?

I would say I tried on a scale of 100% I did 50% which is 50/50 and it's a win. When it comes to setting goals, it's very easy but achieving them is like a thorn that has been placed in the heart because challenges will disrupt your plans. There were lots of things that hindered me from fulfilling my healthy goals last year and this year I'm praying for grace to always put my plans to work and no forms of laziness are allowed this year any were around me.

When I'm listing some of the challenges that made me not fulfill my goals last year I would say work is the number 1 thing that made me not achieve it. Waking up every morning, going to work, and returning by 6 am facing hold up, and then getting home at 8 pm every day is the most stressful thing to experience especially if you are not mobile. Sometimes I feel sick and sometimes I don't feel the vibes to do anything.

2024 is here and I'm so optimistic about what it has installed for me. I believe God is going to provide me with a better job that would not stress me like last year because I want to be able to achieve my healthy living goals. Especially in the aspect of keeping fit and eating healthy.

Will you set new goals for 2024? Tell us what they are.

Goal setting is like a guide to helping me stay on the path and concentrate on what I want to achieve. Without clear objectives, I feel like I'm roaming, like a seafarer without a compass. I've already set goals for this year, such as things to achieve, things to avoid, and bad habits to break. Now it's up to me to stay encouraged and work towards my goals.

The first plan I have for the year 2024 is to achieve one of the biggest plans I was not able to achieve in 2023. I don't want to keep making plans and not achieve them. I still want to continue from where I stopped. I don't want to just make plans because others are making plans for the new year, I want to be able to do my things differently, and I want to finish my last year's goals, leaving them and jumping on another is like buying an AC when you don't have a bed yet. When I'm able to complete my last year's goal then I will be able to make more plans for the new year and if I can't complete my goals for this year, I'm carrying it over to the next year. No hurry in life

In conclusion

Health is Wealth and I'm 100% sure of this. You can only achieve things when you are healthy. Let's prioritize our health and well-being this year Because that is a wise decision, even if it's not always easy to achieve. But the benefit of taking care of ourselves and staying healthy is always worth it. So lets try always to achieve a goal everyday.

I'm inviting @vudeme123, @Kemsyluv, and @bonaventure24 to participate in this contest.

Hola querida

Los objetivos que trazas son importantes, que mal no hayas podido cumplir tus metas en el 2023 pero estoy segura que con un poco más de determinación lo lograrás este 2024. Saludos!

Its not a shame my darling, its a blessing because accomplishing 50% of your goal despite the challenges one might have faced is a big blessing.
