Share your personal experience that how often you feel tension headache in a month!

I am always studying for long periods of time and so i get the neck tensions very often, like 3 to 4 times a month but i always make sure to take a good rest to regulate the tensions. The neck tensions is caused because i maintained a single position during reading.

I have come to the end of my presentation and i would like to invite @chant, @rafk, @patjewell to the contest
