Greetings, when it comes to fatigue its good to have in mind that this can be as a results of vigorous work or play. Our bodies were designed to experience tiredness as a result of such activity. There is a benefit in getting tired. Because of it, you will be able to enjoy a sweet sleep. Another cause of tiredness could be as a result of lack of nutrition, if this is the case, then vitamins may help. Another one could be disease, some common ones are diabetes, anemia, influenza etc. if this is the case then it will be proper to have medical check up. Its advisable to know what causes fatigue and give attention accordingly. Thanks for you post.
