Greetings, friends, and members of this platform. Today I am here to take part in this contest here in the Healthy Steem Community. The topic of the contest is "This is how I manage stress". Without much talk and easy sentences, I wrote this article using the following tips from the contest:
Stress is the physical or emotional fatigue of the body. It could also be psychological or mental. Stress causes depression, and stress is not a good thing, only for the physical stress that can be gone with a lot of rest. A lot of people today commit suicide due to the type of stress they go through.
How do I manage my stress?
When stress comes, I try my best to let it go so as not to be worn out by it. I try my best not to think a lot, as too much of it may lead to emotional stress. Sometimes in emotional stress, you battle it when your hope is on something, and then your hope fails you again. I try my best not to be 100 percent hopeful for anything I have never gotten.
What activities do you do to not feel stressed?
The activity I do so as not to feel stressed is regular exercise of the body. This is one of the best free ways to curb the bad effects of stress. Also, in terms of the problem of stress, when it comes or I feel it is about to happen to me, I visit friends and chat with them. Finally, I try my best to be stress-free by always communicating with my creator.
Can stress affect your health?
Stress can affect both the mental and physical health of humans. Emotional stress leads to overthinking, followed by depression, and can affect the mental state of the body. Also, if hard work is done on the body during a day, it can give stress to the body physically, and this might also make one fall sick.
We all go through stress, but the ability to control it is something we all wish to have. A lot of stress sometimes leads to frustration. So I advise using the rules given in this article, as it may help when stress comes. Thank you all for reading my post. I invite @paholag and @m-fdo to join me and participate in this contest.
