Hi @faran-nabeel, bone health is the total condition the bone is in, which is all about the abilities the bone performs in a good state. Humans carry out locomotive and nonlocomotive movements, and it's made possible through the bones, which are therefore regarded as mobility. The efficiency of man decreases with age, and so do the bones; the consumption of foods rich in vitamin D and calcium will help strengthen the bones.
Exercising builds the structure of the bone, reducing risks of fracture in man; eating fish, milk, and yogurt can help increase calcium in the body and prevent rickets, muscle cramps, osteoporosis, and neurological issues. Best of luck in the contest my friend.
