I like you called it our forefathers medicine. Ancient medincine started at the era of our fathers, this was their means of treating different diseases and illnesses and it worked for them. But i advise when taking ancient medicine it should be done in moderation since it has no dosage of administration unlike modern medicine that has dosage on it.
