"Do you have any secrets to staying calm in stressful times?"
Calmness in face of stressful times is quite a thing.Composure in times like this could as well be difficult, but most importantly I have some secrets for staying calm.
MUSIC:
Music to me is great therapy, when I feel stressed the ear plugs are my best friends. I listen to my favorite songs on repeat and this aids in lightening my mood and easing off the stress I'm going through.
MOVIES:
Sitcom genre of movies aids in relaxation so much for me. The funny scenes makes me laugh thus lightening my mood, I guess before I know it I'm eased off having a great sleep.
SMOOTHIES:
I love smoothies so much, I feel stressed and I get a cold milkshake, that's about time the stress leaves me! It's that easy though for me. These smoothies calm my mind, I guess someone would enjoy them too to ease stress off.

Well I'm not so much of a fan of classy cuisine and I guess, the nigeria jolof rice is something everyone should try. It is so beautiful and most importantly best served hot. You would love every bit of it. It has a great flavor and rich in natural healthy nutritious benefits.
Moreso, I don't miss my fruit diet, I make it a point of duty to had a fruit bathe about twice a week. It detoxifies my system and finally I have to say I've gone 2 years without drugs! Healthy tips too I guess. Water therapy is a great activity, I make sure I always take water regularly, staying hydrated too. It keeps me fired up and I guess it's a great secret too.
Canned food! Please avoid frequent consumption of canned food. There are high tendencies of cancer. Yes! More importantly bottle water left in a hot car. Radiation from the sun reacts with the plastic container releasing toxins that drip to to the water in the can. It poses threat to the health causing cancerous tendencies. Stay healthy mates!
