Greetings everyone, here is another week to make a dairy contest showing how our health matters most especially in the exercise, diet and treatment areas. Much appreciation goes to the contest organiser for bringing up this contest topic this very week.
My health is one thing I don't really take serious, it's hard for me to get myself drugs even when I feel some serious signs and symptoms of illness. I think the lymphocytes cells are present to help fight against illnesses and diseases, my own view was that much intake of drugs will destroy the active cells in our body. On this very fateful day I was kept down for days suffering from Malaria, actually it was one of the worst experience for me because I couldn't walk, talk nor turn myself.
Our family doctor talked to me and administered malaria and typhoid drugs to me stating that malaria kills so I should try to take my health serious not waiting much long for the cells to fight them. All I could remember was that I took the drugs and I got better after some days. My view about my health changed and I started indulging in home work outs to keep me fit.
Before working out in the morning, I make it possible to take at least a cup of water to keep my body ready for the exercise. The morning workouts I indulge in mostly is for full body, being my abs, legs, hands and chest. One thing I noticed about the human health is that it gets used to a specific routine if you do them continuosly, just like when I started working outs it was very hard for me to push up 7 times in a row but consistency and hardwork made me push up 15 in a row. The human body gets adapted fast to a given routine.
When it comes to the diet I take, I try not to take alot of junk foods and observe my weight very well. Staying fit and okay is actually my aim for this year and next year to come. Early in the morning drinking alot of water can help keep you off dehydration and taking up light food will keep you going.
Getting fits and healthy really need some basic routine like eating a well balanced diet one scheduled with the classes of food, exercising, and taking right medications. My mobile phone helps work as an aid, helping me with workouts app to follow up some basic instructions. I try my possible means to wake early in the morning working out with the help of an app, some of the basic exercises are jumping jacks for the full body, crunches for the abs and legs, plank for the chest and abs, push ups for the chest and arms etc.

I feel much tired most times after finishing with the exercise but I get motivated after seeing progress in my body. My health is the most important thing to me now, working tirelessly to see myself fit and sound to take on daily activities.
