Being very cautious of what we take into our mouths, should never be underemphasized. We must be very careful about what comes into our mouths In form of food and drink. It is important to check the expiring dates of items, check where some food are made, check if the environment is meat enough. All these are to ensure your safety. Because when we put something harmful into our system, we have done what is called, 'food poisoning.

According to Oxford Dictionary, illness caused by bacteria or other toxins in food, typically with vomiting and diarrhoea. Eg:
"I had a very bad case of food poisoning".

For you to know that you are suffering from Food poisoning, these are the signs that you would notice;
1 Watery diarrhea, I
2 stomach cramps,

fever,
4.vomiting,
5.nausea

These are the signs to know that you are suffering from Food poisoning

Can we prevent, Food poisoning? Yes of course, we can. To prevent Food poisoning, we have to;

Always remember to check expiring date before buying a food item.
Wash your hands before eating.
Wash your hands before preparing a meal, clean the surroundings too.
Avoid eating raw meat.

Make sure to cook your food properly, so it can kill all the "James and John".

To treat Food poisoning;

I would have advised you to consult your Doctor, but since I have been a victim, I'd share how I was able to treat myself.
For my food poisoning, I used a white drug called FLAGYL. It helped my tommy ache and helped with the stooling by stopping it. You may also need Glocose because you would become so weak, since you have stooled out everything.
