Our eyes is beautiful, and it's as 100% power and strength more than any camera in the whole wide world. It do a lot of things for us every day. It good in helping us to see the people around us,allowing us to read, work, and connect with others. I don't think it's good to take our eyes for granted, but giving them a little extra love and care can really means a lot.
A while back, my eyes used to always dry and tire after a lot of time on screens. Over time, I came up with my routine doing just the magic of keeping them fresh and healthy. It's this easy, fun, and followable, to do .Whether for confronting those very problems or at least for keeping your eyes fit and in good shape, may the tips prove helpful yet enjoyable for you.
Now, allow me to get back to taking deep care of my eyes, and let me take you exactly through how to keep those organs of sight-pretty happy and healthy.
Morning Routine
Clean Face, Wash Eyes: Firstly, I splash fresh water on my face and eyes in order to wake my eyes!
Eye Drops: These are eye lubricating drops I use just in case my eyes may be a little dry. This is like giving the eyes water to drink, just like how the eyes need moisturizing at all times for comfort.
Healthy Breakfast: I just love healthy breakfasts since these are what really get me up in the morning. These include hot tea and bread, spinach, fruits, plantains, and eggs - all full of vitamins to maintain one's eyes in good condition.
During The Day
Screen Breaks: It irritates my eyes to stay in front of the screen all day.So how I do these little rules plan myself is this :it's a 20-20-20 rule. That's how I do it every 20 minutes, I take a 20-second break and look at something 20 feet away. Really helps reduce eye strain! It is so much fun doing this.
Wear Sunglasses: I always wear sunglasses outdoors. It shields my eyes from harmful sun rays, plus it makes me look cool!
Keep Hydrated: Drinking enough water is the best thing that could happen to keep the eyes hydrated. Sipping water throughout the day is what I do.
Evening Routine
Warm Compress: Sometimes, after a whole day's work my eyes get tired. I do this-warm compress-relax my eyes, a mini-special treatment for the eyes!
Application of Eye Cream: I apply some moisturizing eye cream before sleep. It helps in keeping the skin around the eyes soft and reduces dark circles and fine lines.
Routine Habits
Avoid Rubbing My Eyes: This irritates them and spreads germs. So, if ever my eyes itch, I pat them gently.
Eat a Balanced Diet: I love eating foods that are very good for my eyes.These Food must be very rich in omega-3 fatty acids, such as fish, fruits, and nuts, are great for the eyes.
Regular Check-ups: That I frequently go to the eye doctor to get my vision and eye check-ups. This will help me find the early signs of many problems.
Finally
Quite an easy way of taking care of the eyes, yet it's in my daily schedule. By doing these steps, I'm able to keep my eyes comfortable and healthy. Your eyes are your greatest treasure; so take good care of them, too.
