What is inflammation?
Inflammation is a response of body part of organism consisting of an aggregate of cells having a similar structure and function to injury or irritation, characterized by pain, swelling, redness and heat.
Inflammation occurs when the entire structure of an organism of human being releases chemical substances that put in motion an immune results to fight off infection or provide a cure for harmed tissues and ones the infection or injury is cured, the inflammatory process ends.
Inflammation causes?
The causes are bacteria and different viruses that human immune system get from harmful substances and by that it comes as redness, pain, swelling and heat.
Some of the food we humans see as enjoyment are also harmful to our immune system such as alcohol, cooke's, pies, deep fried items and donuts etc are very harmful.
How inflammation can be treated?

Every infection have a root and it is based on the way an individual carry him or herself on treatment plan which may depend on several things like;
•The level of the disease in the person's body and age of the person.
•The medication the person will take base on the person's health state
•How serious the symptoms are in the person's body etc.
Inflammation can be treated naturally through so many ways just to mention few which as No side effects like;
1.If one can be doing regular exercise to always keep fit and by that he's or her health weight will always be in check.
2.If one can always learn to practice stress techniques on how to manage stress.
3.If one can eat things that are anti-inflammatory like; grapes, green tea, avocados, ginger green juice, fatty fish etc.
4.Do not take alcohol and do not smoke.
5.If one can stop eating inflammatory foods like; Break and pasta, cakes, bacon, sausage, hamburgers beef etc.
6.One can take blended fresh tomatoes and add olive oil to drink, green leafy vegetables everyday to clear off inflammation in the body.
Conclusion: Our health is our wealth so let's always keep our health in check for it matters so much. if we eat diet that are rich in anti-oxidants and stay hydrated with so much water it will flush toxins and other irritants out of our body.

Inflammation is the body's immune system response to injuries or infection.
Knowing that there are two main types, Acute which doesn't last long and chronic which may persist.
It is important to treat it as it may evlove into a more serious case.
Just like you've mentioned, treatment are being administered base on the age , health status , severity of the condition and other factors.
One can also learn to adapt to heathy habits in order to avoid injuries and infection which often lead to inflammation.
