What do I mean by "food"? Food for me can be divided into two categories. It is primarily a fuel for our body and I look at food like this all the time for several years. The second category is great taste and pleasure. I used to think that food must taste good because it is a pleasure. Now I think it's just like I mentioned fuel for our body.
The food I eat doesn't have to taste good. I look at it as essential vitamins and ingredients for our body and I don't have to eat something that tastes great. If the food I eat has the right macronutrients, calories and vitamins, then I'm happy, and what's better, my body is happy and healthy.
Every day I eat two to three jakbleks. Despite the fact that apples are so underestimated in my opinion, they bring a lot of vitamins into the body and take care of our metabolism. Onion is also very important because it has a lot of vitamin C and helps us to take care of the proper level of testosterone. Food is very important for living creatures, every living creature must also eat something else. We have herbivorous, carnivorous and omnivorous creatures. It is necessary to consume food so that the body has all the necessary vitamins, to have a good immune system and to feel good. That last one is the most important to me. When we feel good, we can do anything.
People eat to live, because without food we would die. We also live to eat, to eat wisely, and by eating wisely we become better versions of ourselves. One thing connects to the other. There is no one without the other.
