What is Heart Attack?
Heart attack, that's also called the myocardial infarction. It is occurred when the blood flow to the part of heart muscle that is blocked, usually by the blood clots. This blockage prevent the oxygen-rich blood from to reaching the heart tissues, causing the damage or death to the muscle. If left untreated, the heart attack can be life-threatening.
What are the three symptoms of heart attack explain it.
There are the three symptoms of heart attack. The shortness of breath, pain in chest and discomfort in left arm. These are the main symptoms. The most common symptom is the pain or discomfort in the left side of the chest, it may feel like the pressure or heavy weight on our chest. Some others is the shortness of the breath. It is also the symptom of heart attack when the difficulty in breathing or shortness of breath may occur.
How does smoking affect heart attack?
Yeah smoking can affect our heart because it is the most major risk factor for the heart attack and the ratio of heart attack in smokers are very high rather then other peoples. Because of the chemicals that are present in tobacco smoke can damage the blood vessel and can also damage the heart tissue and it may increase risk of heart attack. And smoking can also increase the blood clotting and raising the risk of clot blocking that can be the cause of heart attacks.
Tell me a story about a heart attack that happened to you or someone you know.
A few years ago my uncle, suffered with the heart attack. Oneday he complained of the severe chest pain and discomfort in his left arm. So we go to the hospital with him. At then doctors confirmed he was having a heart attack. Fortunately, we acted quickly, and he received the necessary treatment. Doctor give him some instructions and asked him to quit smoking. After this experience, my uncle quit smoking and started exercising regularly to improve his heart health.
