Hello Greetings to all my fellows, I hope all of you fine and all are happy by the grace of Allah. Today am here to writing my new article for health my steem community and today i will participate in community contest that is organized by @suboohi. So, let's start writing.

What do you understand by osteoporosis?

Osteoporosis, it is a bone disease and now days it is very progressive disease of bone in humans. And there are many types of it such as deteriorating of bone structure and the lose of density in our bones and the breakage of bones. It is happen due to hormonal changes of our body. And mostly it happens in over aging because after 40 age our bones naturally weak

Write some common causes of it.

As I wrote on above that there are a lot of causes of it such as aging one of the main cause of it. Poor diet and lack of vitamins may be cause of it. Mostly it happens in old age peoples who 40 years older and those who smoking in their teenage can be face this disease at their aging.

How can you diagnose it or its symptoms?

For diagnosing osteoporosis we can take help from medical centers such we can take help from laboratory by doing some medical tests such as blood test, vitamin D and hermon levels in our bones. If we feel pain in our bones we can take X-rays images of our bone and can find that any bone are broken or not. There are a lot of methods to diagnose this disease.

Its treatment and prevention?

I think bed rest is the best treatment for this pain but it is not permanent, to prevention from this disease we have need to improve our lifestyle modification such as we have need to do body exercise and take vitamins and minerals for bones. We have to quit smoking and drinking. That is the best preventions of this disease.
