To clean the teeth, we should use a miswak or a toothbrush twice a day. Doing this not only keeps your teeth clean but also strong. Regular dental checkups are also important for your teeth.
Tell the dentist about any medical condition you have any medications you take. Apart from this, a good diet also affects your teeth, which is very important for your teeth.
Not protecting your teeth not only weakens your teeth but also makes them susceptible to cavities.
Excessive consumption of sweet things cakes chocolates,chewing ice, candies, ,drinks, tobacco etc are very harmful for our health. These things have to be avoided to maintain our teeth.
Consume foods that are high in calcium and protein , for example fruits vegetables milk etc. It is a great source for protecting your teeth because it is rich in calcium.
Constant consumption of harmful diet not only spoils your teeth but also spoils your health. It is true, health is wealth.
The best method is Miswak, which is also the Sunnah of the Prophet (peace be upon him).If we do this three times, not only will our teeth be strong, but they will also be free from cavities.

If we don't have a miswak then consult your dentist and use a good toothpaste which don't spoil your teeth and your health. Those who have strong teeth stay healthy and young.
Not much of a problem but sometimes a bit of a pain due to my incompetence. Then I try to get rid of the pain by visiting the dentist of the problem.
Teeth are a very large part of your body, if your teeth are not brushing properly and not eat well- balanced diet you will face many problems.To protect the teeth, take care of existing dental problems, brush twice a day, visit the doctor once a year for a check-up
. Stay away from those foods and drinks that are harmful to your teeth and also harmful to health because if your teeth are healthy, you are healthy.
