Hello @jasminemary
When someone's sick, there are different ways to help them: by mouth, through muscles, or through veins. But the quickest and best way to ease pain is by swallowing medicine.
Injecting medicine into veins can work fast, but it might hurt and be risky. Injecting into muscles is less painful and lets the body absorb the medicine easily.
Vitamin B12, like Cyanocobalamin, is often given as a shot because sick people might not have enough of it. It helps the body use food for energy.
When I'm in pain, I try simple things like exercising, meditating, seeing a therapist, and drinking water before taking pills or shots. It's all about finding what makes you feel better.
