i hope you all are good and enjoying your life. Tidayyi am here to share with you some tips to avoid back pain and how to get relief from back pain. So let's start with today's post and i hope you all like it.

Back pain

Back pain is the pain that is felt on your back side. It may affect you cervical back,mid back or low back. It depends on your pain to know which region is affected. Mostly the lumbar region is affected in many patients. Here first we have to know about what causes this back pain. Which posture us not good for us and which posture causes the back pain. Back pain has different types it could be due to muscle injury or compressed nerve or may be due to bulging of the discs.

CAUSES

So let me tell you some causes that cause our back pain. Firstly it could be due to poor posture, and poor diet. Poor diet leads to the weakning of muscles and bones which causes back pain.then it may be due to weak muscle or ligaments, or may be due to over stretching of muscles or ligaments. It may be due to degenerative changes like. Disc bulging, arthritis or osteoporosis or due to spondylosis.

TREATMENT FOR BACK PAIN

First thing to avoid your back pain is to maintain a good posture other wise it could lead to many diseases of back that will results in back pain and it could become severe with the time.

As a physiotherapist i am going to tell you some exercises that are best to relieve your back pain. These exercises includes strengthening exercises as well as stretching of the muscles.
These exercises include Bridging, Ankle pumps, knee to chest, STM, mobilizations of muscles. All these helps in treating your lower back. There are also steroids injections for relief of back pain. But they are also damaging our bone and body from inside as they have many side effects.
