Hello everyone...
How are you all.. i hope you all are good and enjoying your life.

This community is all about health and its benefits. Health is very important for everyone of every age. If we have good health we have everything. So not only one single day we have to care of our self daily. There are many exercises to do daily for daily health. Also there are many supplements to take daily for good health.
So today's post is all about that how to take care of our self and our routine about our health.

So i am going to share with you people about my diet first as i want to cover all the aspects that a mandatory for this post.

Diet

I always try yo wake-up early in the morning. I offer fajar prayer and then read Quran pak. Our prayer position is also a good thing to add in it that our prayer posture helps us to relieve from many pains in our body. In morning i drink sweet butter milk. This drink has so many benefits. It prevents dehydration, also boosts our energy, good for bones and teeth, also it relieves acidity, and it is good for our digestive system.

Vitamins or medication

Not daily but after one day i must take calcium supplements. They are very good for our bones. Also i take multivitamins as thet have so many benefits and for teenagers i think they are very much important. So i also suggest yiu people to take these two not daily but after one day. If you are ok with daily than no problem with it.

Water i drink

Water is very important for hydration. Not only in summer but also in winters water has great importance. We have to drink 8 glass of water daily but u drink almost 4-6 glass daily. And I don't it's good for me to drink 4-6.

The exercise i did

Other than exercises i think walk is the best thing to do everyday. I do walk for 15-30 minutes in morning before breakfast and fo walk for 15-20 un night after dinner. Other than that i also do some exercises when ever I am free.

What did you do to relax

I did to things to make my self feel relax. The first thing i sit on my balcony. The view from my balcony us very beautiful. There is greenery i front and i love it. And the second thing i did is that i go for sleeping when i feel my self tired or bored.

So these are some healthy tips i do daily to make my self look healthy and fresh.

@aalirubab Why does this user receive a booming vote if she is not in any club, apart from yesterday she started a power donw? Can you give me an explanation?

From the image above, you can see that this user received Booming04 and 03 at about 4:12 and 4:13 a.m Nigerian time, and started power down from 8:30 a.m Nigerian time. Proofing the Booming came in before the powering down.
