I will share you a basic exercise to do routine that many people are find useful. A simple and easy routine might include to the starting with a 5-10 minute warm-up and like or walking to jogging in the place and to get the blood or flowing. Then we could do some a basic for bodyweight are exercises that is like squats or push-ups and lunges. That was good with each set the lasting about 10-15 repetitions set up This can be followed by the short or break and repeated 2-3 times.this Finish with the stretching to the help with the flexibility and cool down to your muscles. That can be Doing this routine 3-4 times a week then we can help maintain to overall fitness.

The exercise for me it is very important because it helps to keep good looking and it mentain it help healthy the Physical activity helps keep the body healthy and the strong. It is improves your heart health and builds muscles and keeps your bones to strong and Regular exercise are also helps with the weight control to reduces the risk of diseases to like diabetes and the high of blood pressure and improves to mood by the releasing happy and chemicals in the brain. It is helps you to sleep better and the gives you more and energy throughout the day. Even if you just a little movement to a each day like walking or the stretching can be make a big or difference in feeling in good and this staying healthy.

Many people are find that the regular exercise are makes them the feel more like energetic and this less tired to during the day.
