How are you All? Hope everyone doing well and enjoying their day's with family and friends. Alhumdullhiah I am also fine and enjoy my day's with my friend's. Today I am here to participate in this amazing contest which is organized by brother @khursheedanwar i am very happy to see after the topic of this Contest because I am doing study in Bs Operation Theater Technology and working in hospital so my first task to overcome the infection rate in hospital and it's possible how we care the wound and prevention of the wound's from germ and Bacteria let's move towards our task.
Share how you should care your wound in case it is deep
First we need to understand the the wound. A wound is break or distruption in skin or underlaying tissue or skin.
Causes
It's have different causes but I share some common cause like
•Physical Injury
•Chemical Injury
•Burn
•Cut
•Accident
•Surgery
•Some Abnormalities in body functions like the wound is very Common in Diabetic Patient
Care of Wound
First we need to complete study about wound like it's Open wound or closed wound or Chronic wound. It's depend upon the severity of Wound. Like upper on skin is minor wound or Also deep in tissue or msulece so its have different management.
Management of Wound Care
Minor Wound
If we have a small wound so we need to wash and clean the wound with antiseptics it's must to cover ourself with complete PPE include the sterile gloves and sterile dressing.
•We need ti wash the wound with antiseptics solution like payodien or iodine which is easily available in market.
•We also wash the wound with Ns solution because its sterile solution which have Nacl 9% its kill the germ's and clean the wound.
• In last Step we need to apply the sterile bandage's with apply the Any antiseptics.
Advance Care
It's a server and chronic wound management in which we performe Minor Surgery which is known as local surgery.
•In some patient the gas's gangreen spread the lower extremities and we need to debridement in which we first numbs the area with local injection like lignocaine apply and curate the skin and then start our basis management.
Antibiotics Function
This is very common and advance method to Care about the infection about wound.In these days it's very common and easy method to Care about wound in this method we take some antibiotics oral or Intravenous. I share some common antibiotics which is used in the wound care. Like Augmentin and Velosafe is very common in know a day's it's kill the bacteria and germs and Care the wound. It's very fast and easy Way to cover the wound but it's not easy for everyone because doctor recommended the Safe and suitable gernation of antibiotics so we need first chek our wound and write prescriptions from doctor then we start the antibiotics intake.
Some of common intravascular drugs used for wound care like ceftrizone and Oxidl is used.
Also we used advance dressing method. I Also Share the picture of myself in which is am doing the wound care hope everyone like it and support me on this platform.
