Assalalm-o-Alaikum!

Hope you all guys fine by the grace of Allah. I am also fine. Today, I am here to participate in the contest "S11W3-Hereditary Diseases" First of all, I want to tell you about myself that my field is not medical it is different but I want to share my knowledge which we had learned in my life journey or which I studied in my school and college. Let's get started to explain "Hereditary Diseases".

Yes, I told you all in the above lines that medicine is not a field so if my opinion or thought is wrong, you can correct me in the comment section.

Let's start our topic I say that this is an era of technology. When one or genes are altered then this action occurs because the same genes are transferred then nothing problem when genes are altered people have to face genetic disorders but we should have knowledge that all genetic disorders are not hereditary diseases. Because genetic disorders don't pass on to children. But the hereditary diseases are transferred to children. But many diseases pass way on to other next generation. If diseases skip a generation then it is not a hereditary disease.

For example: if the father is suffering the disease of cancer this is not necessary that his children would have to suffer the disease of cancer. This occurs because everyone has their unique genes. So that these genes alter with other generations. But sometimes genes become victims by parents to children.

My grandmother was suffering from diabetes for almost five years. When this disease happened to my grandmother she was a little bit healthy and fit but she had suffered from diabetes for almost five years. When we didn't know about her disease. She often says that I felt tired without any workout. So we said to her that you should take complete bed rest. But she always complained that she said felt very hungry. We didn't notice these symptoms of diabetes.

She lost her weight day by day. When we saw her declining health, we got checked by a doctor. Doctor wrote some tests for checkups because the doctor was so confused. After all, my grandmother had occurred some symptoms but some were not. So the doctor decided to get tests. When we got the all test done, so we found that the grandmother is a patient with diabetes. We used medicines and insulin for almost 5 years because we want to get treatment for our grandma but we could not treat her. When her health declined totally and then doctors said she had to admit in the hospital we admitted to her in the hospital. My uncle, my mother, and I were close to her in the civil hospital Sahiwal. We spent almost fifteen days in the hospital but my grandmother didn't recover. She declined her health day by day and one day she left us. She died 20-July-2022. We had buried in the graveyard where Baba Tahir Shah was buried. Baba Tahir shah has own tomb. A lot of my relatives are buried there. I missed so much my grandmother. May Allah grant her a high place in heaven.

No, Alhamdulillah I am fine by the grace of Allah Almighty. And I want to tell you that in my family no one is a victim of these diseases. We should also take care of our life. We should always wake up early in the morning. After praying we should go for a walk daily. I always wake up early in the morning and went out for a walk. In the evening, I must go to the gym for a workout because work is so much important for our body.

This picture is taken with my mobile phone.

After the gym, I used to eat apples when I go to sleep. I am not joining my family at dinner because nowadays I am losing weight so I am on a diet. I am following a proper diet plan. Besides this, I used to get a whole body check every month and my family also uses these principles. We should get tests and checkups every month. It is necessary because nowadays we are facing all kinds of pollution.

If we talk about the closeness with our relatives. When couples marriages with one another so there are a lot of chances that inherited diseases occur. Sometimes children have to face genetic defects. So according to my thoughts, we should not get married to our cousins like our uncle's daughter or aunty's daughter, etc.

If we have to stay in relationships with relatives so we should visit the doctor and got both tests first. If we will focus on this issue so our new generation will be safe and sound. We all know the quote about cureness. The quote is "Prevention is always better than cure". We should follow this quote.

But if we talk about it that "Is it possible to cure hereditary diseases?". I want to about my experience so I have not seen those people who are cured of these hereditary diseases like cancer, single gene disorder, heart disease, asthma, etc. I listened sometimes that in foreign countries patients have recovered from these diseases. But in Pakistan, I don't know about the recovered person. If anyone exist then he would be rich because these curenesses are so expensive.

May Allah Protect us from these hereditary diseases.

I would like to invite my friends @zadinka, @jyoti-thelight, @metti, @alessgsl, @blessedlife and @rosee, @maryamnadeem.

Gran trabajo Te deseo buena suerte y éxitos con tu participación

Thanks buddy for visiting my blog

I'm really sorry to hear about your grandmother's struggle with diabetes. My condolences for your loss, by the way. She sounds like she was a strong woman. As for the possibility of curing hereditary diseases, you've got a point. While there might be stories of recovery abroad, the situation can be quite different here in our country. It's a harsh reality.

Bhai apko pata ha k agar yahan hereditary disease Ka ilaj ho b to wo mehnga ho baqi Jaise Allah Pak ki marzi unki shayed Zindagi itni hi thi. By the ways thanks for stopping at my article.
