INTRODUCTION

Hello my fellow steemians, I hope you are all doing well. I am here again to participate in this community. I will which is all about the eye.

The human eye is one of the most complex and stylish organs in the human body, and it is responsible for the grace for us to see and have an experience of the world around us. It is also made up of different components which work together to process light and transfer visual information into the brain

So I will love to answer some questions related this work

Which is most sensitive part of eye?

Amongst all the many parts of the eye, the number one most sensitive part is usually considered to be the retina. The retina is a slim layer of tissue which lines at the back of the eye and do contains a lot of specialized cells known as the photoreceptors. These photoreceptors, also known as rods and cones, are the ones which are responsible for sensing light rays and turning it into electrical signals which are later moved to the brain for the interpretation.

The retina is specifically sensitive to damage and injury because of its delicate structure and it's high metabolic activity. Damage in the retina can lead to different vision problems, such as blind spots, blurry vision, and at times complete blindness. There are different factors which can add to the damage of the retina, such as old age, genetics, and also exposure to harmful environmental factors like UV radiation and toxins.

Which is healthy vitamin for eye sight?

One of the most important vitamins for eye health is the vitamin A. Vitamin A plays an important role in maintaining the overall health of the retina and it is important for good vision in dim light. Sources where vitamin A are gotten from include liver, carrots, sweet potatoes, and also spinach.

Other food vitamins and nutrients for the eye health include vitamin C, vitamin E, and the copper, minerals and zinc . T
All these vitamins and minerals help mainly to guide the eyes from cellular stress and inflammation, that can add to the building of different eye diseases like as age-related macular disorder and cataracts. Eating a diet filled in fruits, vegetables, and little proteins could help in ensuring that the eyes get the important nutrients which they need to work properly.

Despite our hard work to guide our eyes, there are different factors which can contribute to the weakening of our eyesight. One of the most known causes of poor vision is known as refractive errors, such as near sightedness (myopia) and far sightedness (hyperopia). These conditions occur when the shape of our eye or the length of the eyeball stops light from focusing well on the retina, coming in blurry vision.

In addition to protecting the retina, it is also necessary to maintain overall eye health in order to keep good vision. One main factor in keeping healthy eyesight is by ensuring that the body get an adequate amount of important vitamins and nutrients.

CONCLUSION
